MICA

MICA is one of the agency’s two Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. MICA provides intensive support and outreach services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness as well as a co-existing chemical abuse disorder. MICA staff assists its members to maintain independent living in the community and develop skills necessary to prevent psychiatric hospitalization.
